Chair Yoga

Champion Food Volunteer
- McCracken County Cooperative Extension ServiceThe Champion Food Volunteer Program is a community-based initiative that trains individuals in nutrition, food safety, and cooking skills, then empowers them to share the knowledge through volunteer service.
All participants are required to attend all three sessions. All sessions are from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You will be making your own lunch.
