Ms. Emily from the McCracken County Public Library will lead this program. In Online Privacy, Part 1, we'll talk about your personal data - what to share, and with whom. We'll talk about the privacy settings available on many devices and apps, and about passwords and other ways to keep your data safe. If you have a phone or tablet, you can bring it to look at your privacy settings, but they aren't necessary to follow the class. Space is limited, so call the office at 270-554-9520 to register.

Online Privacy, Part 2, covers how to apply what we learned in Part 1 more fully. How to adjust the settings on your devices and apps to the level of privacy that you want. What you need to know about social media accounts, both in settings and what you post. And some tips on how to avoid hacking.
